Who we are

What we collect

Sample requests: your name, company, job title, email address, delivery address and country, and what you tell us about your tannery's waste, disposal and finishing.
Survey responses: your answers, your email address and, if you give it, your name.
Contact messages: your name, email address, organisation, the kind of organisation you are, and your message.
Technical information: like most websites, our host records basic technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and working.

We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry and send you a material sample you have asked for. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering requests, and taking steps at your request before any agreement.
To understand the market for our material through survey responses. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in developing our product.
To send you updates, only if you have asked for them. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We use trusted service providers who process it on our behalf:

Bernard, our website host, which hosts this site and receives form submissions.
Google, which provides our email and the spreadsheet where we record form responses.

Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

We keep form and survey responses for as long as we need them to deal with your request and to develop our product, and for no longer than two years after our last contact with you, unless we have an ongoing business relationship.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, email info@axoloro.com. We will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
